MUYSA runs soccer programs in the fall and in the spring seasons. We do not organize, manage, or run programs during the winter months.
In-Town (Non-Travel)
U5: COED : (Pre-K: which is the year prior to K, must be age 4 by 8/31/20)
U6: COED : (K)
U8 Girls : (Grades 1 & 2)
U8 Boys : (Grades 1 & 2)
The In-Town program includes U5, U6 and U8 age groups. There is no travel to/from other towns. It starts with one session a week on Saturdays and progresses to 2 days a week for U8. See the In-Town Program for more information.

The travel program involves competitive competition between towns in the Midland Area of Massachusetts. Games are typically once a week on Saturdays, with 1/2 of the games at home and 1/2 away. Practices are typically twice a week, once which may be a full age group clinic-type practice. Evaluations are used to build teams for different divisions and to place players on these teams.
HS or U16 through U18 team availability may vary depending on enrollment. See the Travel Program for more information.
Nipmuc High School Soccer
Miscoe Middle School Soccer
These teams are not part of the MUYSA programs but many of the players also play for MUYSA or came out of MUYSA.
The Mendon Upton Regional School district's athletics departments of both Nipmuc High School (9th-12th Grade) and Miscoe Hill Middle School (7th & 8th) have soccer teams. Tryouts for High School teams start the third Thursday in August, while the first tryouts for Miscoe Hill Middle Schools take place the Tuesday after Labor Day. The commitment for HS/MS soccer is typically, everyday after school, in addition, there may be weekend commitments, more so at the varsity level. The season runs from late August/early September to November. Playoffs for varsity start in November. No playoffs for junior varsity.
